Terms of Service
Using On Radar at onradar.com.au
These terms govern your use of On Radar at onradar.com.au. By using the service, you agree to them.
Last updated: 11 August 2026
In short: On Radar provides website and AI visibility audits and related paid plans. Results are diagnostic, not legal or marketing guarantees. Paid plans have published caps. Australian Consumer Law rights still apply.
1. Who we are
On Radar is operated from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Contact: hello@onradar.com.au.
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and On Radar for use of the website, audits, dashboards, AI recommendation tests, and related paid products.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account identity, submitting a URL, providing an email, connecting Google Search Console, or purchasing a plan or package, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. The Service
On Radar may provide:
- Public-page website audits and scores (SEO, technical, AEO, local SEO, on-page AI readiness, and related advisory checks)
- Optional live AI recommendation / visibility tests across configured engines
- Dashboards, history, reports (including email/PDF), and optional Search Console insights
- Subscription plans (Starter and Growth) and one-time packages (Fix Brief, Done For You, AI Visibility Sprint)
Features, engines, caps, and pricing may change. Material changes to paid entitlements will be reflected on Pricing and/or at checkout where practical.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information, use the Service only for lawful purposes and only for websites you are authorised to audit, and not bypass rate limits, usage caps, paywalls, or security controls.
5. Free use and fair limits
Free audits and free AI tests are offered subject to published limits. Circumventing free-tier limits is a breach of these Terms.
6. Paid plans, packages, and billing
Prices are in Australian dollars and, unless stated otherwise, include GST. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not usually refund the current paid period unless required by law.
7. Results are diagnostic, not guarantees
Audit scores, AI visibility results, recommendations, and reports are informational and diagnostic. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice, and they do not guarantee rankings, AI recommendations, traffic, leads, or sales.
8. Intellectual property
On Radar branding, software, UI, and documentation remain our property. You retain rights in your website content and grant us a licence to fetch, analyse, store, and display materials reasonably needed to provide audits, tests, and reports for you.
9. Third-party services
The Service may rely on third parties including hosting, Stripe, email delivery, Google Search Console OAuth, and AI engine providers. Their terms and privacy practices also apply to their processing.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify On Radar against reasonable losses, claims, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your websites, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our negligence or wrongful act.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts in Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
